Medicine orders
Eligible refunds may be issued when a pharmacy rejects an order, items are unavailable, or an order is cancelled according to the applicable workflow.
Appointments, labs, and physiotherapy
Refund eligibility depends on provider acceptance, cancellation timing, service status, and payment method. Approved online-payment refunds are returned through the direct payment workflow available for that service.
